Life is a bitch – if asked, this is how ChampiJan and Momo would describe life in one sentence. They have only two options: they either rot in the ghetto of Tübingen, struggling through their miserable life, hustling for socks and respect, or they get into bizzness and make cash with their rap music. Cause all they want is money, sex and power on the streets. And that's exactly the lifestyle they reflect in their songs, which are so tough and real, they might turn one or the other pair of pants into a soggy teabag. But that's their language – the only language they know, when their bleeding fists no longer help. Yet there still seem to be folks around who claim the two young 'uns rather resemble the smiling sun than the fierce sight of the street behind your house; two nice guys with shoulder-length hair and huge glasses. They love nature, birds and get moved to tears when the sun rises in the morning and softly touches us humans with its warm rays. They detest violence and aggro, both the order of the day in the contemporary rap scene, in which the female gender seems to be worth no more than a manhole cover. Their only weapon is their guitar, which they use to compose heart-rending ballads by the campfire, aiming to bring a little peace to the world.
Well, it's debatable which version may be more suitable. Why not find out for yourself!?
